I offer opportunities to practice and learn about mindfulness meditation in Northern New Mexico and beyond. 

Join me for Wild Mind Adventure Club! A mindfulness meditation hour for those looking to practice consistently with friends. Each Month we dive into a topic that supports our mindfulness with practice, research, movement, poetry, and inspiration.

We meet every Friday from 9-10am at Dirty Laundry Hot Yoga Studio, in Santa Fe. You can purchase a drop in pass, punch pass, or membership.

Offerings:                                                    

I love to teach and practice with others. Come to a class, enroll in a course, or commit to a retreat, all of which will strengthen your practice.  I have formal training in the following:

  • Foundations of mindfulness

  • Mindfulness and performance (mPEAK)

  • Mindful parenting

  • Mindfulness based stress reduction (MBSR)

  • Mindfulness based cognitive therapy (MBCT)

  • Mindful eating for improved health

For a lack of attention, a thousand forms of loveliness elude us everyday.
